Shipping & Returns

Sealed Product:

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns on sealed product. This includes Booster Boxes, Packs, and Odoroki Boxes. That said if something arrives damaged or not as described. We'll do our best to make it right.

Returns:

In order to be eligible for a refund you have to return the item within 30 days after purchase. The product needs to be in the same the condition that it was received: unused with tags in original packaging in new condition.

After we received the item, we will inspect the item and process the refund.

For credit card payments it may 10 to 15 business days for a refund to post on your credit card statement. 

 

Email us and we will send a return postage label. Postage will be taken out of refund amount.

***If the item is damaged in any way or have initiated a return after the 30 day period, you will not be eligible for a refund***

Cancelations:

Cancellations can be requested before and item is shipped but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. 

However there is no guarantee that all cancelation requests can be honored. 

The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
